The Halosenniemi Museum is open to the public again on First of June.

January 1 – April 30 Tuesday – Sunday 12 am – 5 pm

The museums of the Tuusula Museum have been closed due to the coronavirus pandemic from March 17 to June 1, 2020.

May 1 – September 6  Monday – Sunday 11 am – 6 pm

September 12 – November 29 Tuesday – Sunday 12 am - 5 pm

Guided tour in English every Sunday at 3 pm

We won´t accept group or guided tour bookings for June 2020.

Getting there

By car:  Roadsigns from Järvenpäätie to Tuusulan Rantatie - museum road. Halosenniemi is situated about the middle of 4 km long Rantatie

By train: Closest railway stations are Järvenpää (5 km) and Kerava (6 km). Timetables

Visit Lake Tuusula -buses: Hop on hop off bus operates during the summer time. It takes you to the top sights in the Lake Tuusula area. The route has been carefully chosen and it will take you to all the museums and hotels in the area. There are 21 stops along the route which have been clearly marked with 'Visit Lake Tuusula Bus'. Your ticket (5 €/ person) is valid for the whole day and you can hop on and off as often as you like. The whole tour takes 1,5 hours. The bus has free Wi-Fi.
